Cloud Scientists LLC ("Cloud Scientists", "I", "me") runs this website and offers AWS bill reviews. This page explains what information I handle and what I do with it.
This website
- No cookies, no analytics, no ads and no tracking pixels.
- The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) to run and secure the service.
When you email me or book a call
- I get whatever you choose to send: your name, email address, company and anything you write.
- I use it only to reply, schedule calls and do the work you ask for.
- I don't sell, rent or share your information for marketing.
During an AWS bill review
- Access is through a read-only IAM role that you create and can delete at any time. It covers resource configuration and cost data. It does not allow reading your S3 objects or database contents, or changing anything.
- The reports and notes I produce are yours.
- I delete my working copies of your data once the engagement ends, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- I'm happy to sign your NDA.
Service providers
I use a small number of standard providers to run the business, such as website hosting, email and calendar, and invoicing or payments. They process information only as needed to provide those services.
Your choices
You can ask me what information I hold about you, or ask me to correct or delete it, at any time. I'll handle the request promptly, except where I have to keep records by law (for example, invoices).
Changes
If this policy changes, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
